At nimcobazaar.pk, every customer is a special to us, to truly enjoys the taste & freshness same as right from Kitchen. So, we try our best to send your order via fastest & best logistics in Pakistan and in amazing packing, to keep the taste and freshness intact!

Usually, we ship orders within 24 – 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, will be intimated to the customer. Once the order is shipped we inform customer with the tracking details.

Post-Dispatch, deliveries are done across Pakistan within 3 – 5 Working Days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.

Shipments for Karachi, are usually shipped within 48 working hours.

All prices are inclusive of GST & Packaging. In the case where the shipping cost is applicable, it shall be shown at the time of checkout and consumers will know about this before making payments.

We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide clear photos at complain@nimcobazaar.pk or WhatsApp us at +923336229227 within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
